Reports were Beasley had multiple NFL teams showing interest in him, but supposedly he wanted the best chance with a serious SB contending team.

Its just been one game and Julio Jones is already missing games .. Beasley even at age 33, is still a great slot, chain mover.
Then he shouldn't have blown up his bridges in Buffalo

Dallas is his native town, he played college football and most of his NFL career as a Cowboys, and he is and will always be a Cowboy at heart ?

Beasley is great
He annoys the right people.
Far from it. He's a little cry baby who tossed many players under the bus after Dallas got rid of him. Then bragging about how great life is in Buffalo. Guess Buffalo got tired of his immaturity as well. Then he tweeted how he wanted to come back to Dallas. Him & Jaylon are going through teams like water lol. Mawahhh....

sure. i can understand why he’s want to play here again (despite really burning bridges on his way out) but that flies in the face of multiple teams wanting him and him being choosy.

do we know why Bills cut Beasley ?... cap casualty ? ...refusal pay cut ?
Sometimes it's just the nature of the business.

Beasley’s cap hit stayed around the same as it was last season ($7.5M) in his contract with the Bills, but his dead cap hit drops from $8.4M to $1.5M, per Spotrac.

That cap savings put Beasley in cut territory–and this is why it was always very unlikely the 32-year-old would find a team willing to trade for him. Anyone interested can now just work out a contract with him worth less than $7.5M.

https://billswire.usatoday.com/2022/03/17/cole-beasley-buffalo-bills-release-trade/

Beasley and agent knew this was going to happened, so they requested to try and find a trade partner, but didn’t work so he was released.

Basically, it was contract, though the article says the GM was willing to welcome him back in the off-season, meaning most likely if he would accept a cheaper deal.

He was also not pro-vaccination, meaning that position was kind of controversial.
