Colin Cowherd... Top 10 Most Delusional Fans List

Hey Colon....

8 super bowl appearances,5 super bowl wins,20 straight winning seasons,21 division titles,16championship games,30 playoff appearences,18 HOF'ers,1 NFL MVP,7 Super Bowl MVP's,NFL's ALL-Time leading rusher

Is NOT being dilusional....FACT

I still do love him, smart, insightful, talks about life and not just sports and instigates provocative thinking which is his job. He completely gets Romo and he's a Garrett guy.

He borders on Dennis Miller just a bit in that he'll throw intellectual stuff out there but I think he's really good at what he does.

Its just cause he knows lots of people will talk about it. Hes a joke

You don't read this forum much, huh?

:laugh2:

So some Cowboys fans may be a little hopeful there's nothing wrong with that.

How come we are Delusional but not the Skins fanbase who thinks Super bowl during every off season? :lmao2:

All of that history is great, but the Fact remains that the Boys have just one playoff victory in the past 16 years.

Look at his list - all those 10 are nationally followed.

You are absolutely correct that Skins fans are delusional - but they are regional. Nobody else cares about the Skins except that little world around the Beltway. They think its a big world. And they are self absorbed and cant see beyond that but they are a relatively small sampling compared to the 10 he listed.

How can any top 10 delusional list not include the Steelers fans?

Certainly the Bulls or Knicks arent anywhere close to the Steelers by any normal rationale!

I don't know about delusional. I'd say PIT and GB and WAS fans are all *far*more delusional that Cowboys fans. I do think we've got some of the worst fans in the NFL, though. As a group, we're at least in the bottom quartile in my book.

If you've been a mostly positive outlook fan of this team since Jerry's taken over, you've been and are delusional.

Which I'm guessing is Cowherd's point.

I would say most "passionate", not delusional. Although, there are our fair share of delusional fans as well.

How are cowboy fans delusional?

ever heard of Commanders fans? i'll name ten things i heard from skins fans that make them delusional

- Rex Grossman is going to lead us to 10-6

- Donovan Mcnabb is going to play 5-7 years in DC and were going to love him

- Kent Graham is going to be a great quarterback for us

- We didn't overpay for RG3

- RG3 is going to be a faster mike vick (clearly they don't watch college football, rg3 is a pocket QB first)

- Roy Helu is the hardest rusher in the NFL

- We are better than the cowboys beacuse we almost beat them with less talent

- Remember that 7-6 game? ya'll cowboys not better than us

and yet we are delusional

I've always been delusional, way before I became a Cowboy fan.

Every body is...they just don't admit it...

I'll tell you what I don't like about Cowherd and it isn't his opinions. On his show one time someone mentioned Edwin R. Murrow because of the movie being done about his life. Cowherd had no idea who he was. So a caller brought up Walter Cronkite, Grantland Rice, and Jim Murray. He had no idea who those people were either.

How do you make a fortune in journalism with no respect for those who paved your way? That bothers me.
