maybe it is time to ban all talking head threads. no more cowturd, SAS and other lip flappers that genuinely add nothing to sports conversations.

Cowherd just getting clicks. But we do have to beat Miami and Philly, the only two really good teams left, if we’re to be considered a top 5 team.

So far they seem to be exactly what most of us thought they’d be, 3rd best team in the NFC and maybe 6-7 best overall.

We still play the, currently 7-2, Lions as well. Not saying we aren't better than they are but they are up there with the two teams you listed.

It all comes down to personal standards of fan enjoyment as Cowboy fans. There are basically 3 types.

The first Cowboys fan standards group are such that they find satisfaction in one game at a time and the whole journey of the regular season wins. Losses in the wildcard/divisional rounds of the playoffs that follow does not diminish their level of satisfaction.

The second Cowboys fans group see regular season wins as participation trophies that feed into management's marketing of relevance/popularity. Those type fans expect post season success in order to meet their fan standards.

But thirdly and lastly, are the ones who try and regulate how good or bad of a fan you are by saying that you're not a fan if you don't share their personal view.

This is the immature fan regulator group aka bouncer at the club group.

They are to be avoided at all costs.

I think there is definitely a mix of reactions, not 90% negative. I would say negative isn't the word to use, I would use critical because of the nature of the teams we are beating. There is no debate that we are beating up teams at home, and beating up teams with losing records. We have yet to prove to be able to beat top tier teams, and therein lies the issue with this team. It is reality, not negativity or hate as some define it
