I advocated plugging him in right away this year. Leary's stock was high preseason due to the rep of the OL. We could have traded him for a good draft pick. Now he is injured, inactive and could fetch a 7th at best

generally i agree but Leary was really struggling and after his injury teams were actively killing him with speed,that change was 2 game overdue.

He's been really impressive. Leary is a very solid G but Collins jumps off the screen. He can get better on technique and probably can add 5-10 lbs of muscle in the off-season but he is really impressing right now.
