They all need to go. If the new HC wants any of them, they can rehire them.
I wouldn't mind bill Callahan being brought back if available
O line coach can't coach strength.
Williams isn't a mauler, Frederick maybe had 80% of his pre-gbs strength and Martin was dealing with a back injury most of the year.
Then in some games there was just some goofs, like Williams not chipping the DT allowing him to get a step on Frederick on that infamous call against the Vikings.
Not saying Colombo is a great coach, but there were just times where they just got beat by stronger players.
Colombo implemented the hand placement the vets liked prior to Alexander and it stop some of the bleeding last year. This year with the oline signal caller back the pass blocking was a lot better
Columbo did an excellent job with the OL. He is the only assistant I hope stays
Wished we would have never lost Callahan.Watching the Titans OL dominate the Pats made me sick. Far too often our vaunted OL looked awful against teams with a pulse. Who are they coached by? Yet another guy learning on the job cause he has ties to the organization.
Me too. Our O-line had maybe 3 decent games. That’s it. What some in here saw in Foxboro last night vs the Patriots never once happened with our guys. Coaching, accountability, and scheme sucked yet again!

That guy is good!
I couldn't disagree more. I think coaching at the oline position is the most important of any position coaching. When we had Callahan, the line dominated everyone. When he left, same players, not the same level of play. I get the injuries , but it shouldn't derail your game plan when a starting lineman gets hurt. You are giving too much credit to the OL coach’s position. What in the wide, wide world of sports does this position coach even do? I mean is he teaching these guys how to block? Is he teaching these guys how to false start? Hold? Trip the opponents? You are missing the point here, he is a means to an end and that is to become an offensive coordinator eventually. It’s our personnel group that is the issue. Aside from our perennial All-Pro right guard we had the return of Fred Beard after a debilitating injury, a left tackle who has a bad back the entire season and no left tackle to speak of. What am I missing in this statement. It all comes down to the HC and he failed us. End of story
He's out in DC.I wouldn't mind bill Callahan being brought back if available
Yep. You know the OL did a great job in pass pro when our horrible pocket presence QB was sacked the 2nd least amount of times per game. Especially given all the injuries we had this season on the OLThe Oline played well above average this year. Elliott continued his decline and our QB has poor pocket presence
I was stunned when Columbo was made OL coach. Not surprised by the results.
This is an extreme oversimplification of how a football team works. You are giving too much credit to the OL coach’s position. What in the wide, wide world of sports does this position coach even do? Really? I think he has done a good job. Last year they did fine after losing the Beard. Usually Dallas folds when they have a key injury. He saved this group after Alexander almost ruined them. Not his fault Williams was a terrible pick and can’t play G. Collins had a great year. Smith clearly just thinks he can show up on Sundays and he gets away with it. That is not Columbo’s fault. Martin is a beast and would be great if I coached the OL.
I think he has done a fine job. That said I want the next coach to pick his own staff.
I had no idea Alexander was John's recommendation. Yet another reason why that family needs to just go away and get their stank off the franchise. The real crime was Garrett passing over current Seahawks line coach Mike Solari when he had the chance, for Paul Alexander based on his brother John's recommendations. Just one more reason why Garrett needs to go, once and for all.
