It looked to me like a fumble, but I dont see how this is even reviewable with the whistle being blown before the fumble was recovered. It's like the officials forgot.

Cutler fumbled the ball by losing control during a pass attempt, thus throwing a backwards pass and Hochuli blew it dead by thinking it was a forward pass incompletion.

Can someone explain why the clock didn't stop at 2:18 there?

The WR caught the ball with two feet in bounds and then fell out of bounds... why doesn't the clock stop if he got out of bounds?

anyone have the answer to this? I see it happen every now and then but have no idea why???
