He’s got nice weapons to work with QB, RB ,etc

Lawrence's stat line is meh, but he is leaps and bounds better than he was in 2021. Could have a Josh Allen like trajectory where he becomes an All Pro caliber QB in year 3

Moore winning with Rush is likely going to put him back on HC radars. Jones has always shown a willingness to pay top dollar to coordinators, so Reich/Cowboys could be a good fit. He and McCarthy are both WCO guys

Good for him. Irsay kept meddling in the QB situation and it got worse with each change.

Go home, relax, and take more of Irsay's money. There will be other opportunities.

McCarthy likes bringing in ex-headcoaches to be his assistants, so he could be coming here as an OC. I'm sure McCarthy has no problem throwing Moore under the bus to save his own hide, if it comes to it.

No because that was an ownership decision. Just like going to a 5th rd QB instead of Foles was also an Irsay call. Getting rid of Wentz after he played well last year, Irsay decision, Reich wanted to keep him.
Irsay could be the most meddling owner in the NFL.

When does competing 62% of your passes for 3500 yards with a 27 to 7 TD:INT ratio equate to the “bottom falling out”? He didn’t play well the last two weeks of the season but neither did the entire team.
