Colts GM essentially blames Luck's contract for their lack of defense

IMO the GM pretty much threw Luck under the bus and blamed his contract as one of the main reasons they do not have enough talent on defense. Loser. He had time to build when Luck was on his rookie contract.

I'd give him the benefit of the doubt if he actually hit on a few picks outside of Luck. If you throw out Andrew Luck's success, on the belief that 32 out of 32 GMs pick him first in 2012, this is what Grigson has done

And why not if the gm is going to paint you as the problem.
