not much lane

just noticing that when Pittsburgh is blitzing, Manning or Moore are running Anthony Gonzalez on a crossing route

I hate Garrett

Steelers send Polamalu and Ike Taylor on the blitz, on the same side, Taylor knocks down the ball, why can't we do stuff like this? I thought that was the creativity Wade was going to bring

they just gave up a big play after that, but hey

idk about that, he's only as good as his offense

That doesn't make any sense. Any QB is only good as his offense. How else would a Qb be defined?

YOu manage the game and make plays when needed. And Eli has done that since last season playoff run. He wasn't before that. He had up and down season until last playoff run.

I'm stuck with KC/SD. Inept offenses make for less than thrilling games.

While it isn't the true measure of a QB, all three of those QB's will be in the NFL a long long time.

Not sure what the point is here, but yeah, I didn't question, or think either will be out of league anytime season, barring injury.

My opinion was, out of the three, Eli might end up having he best career. Ben not so much, Phillip, still unsure so far.

My opinion was, Ben gets way too much credit than he deserves. He puts OL in bad situations by holding on to the ball too much, and can't read the Defense well, and only does well because of running around and making plays.

Thats why he had bad games against both Philly and Giants, both blitzed heck out him and sacked him a ton. And if he didn't get hurt, he seemed to be having a bad game against Washington too.

you said that Eli Manning was worth well more than the #1 overall choice

I'm just saying that Eli Manning is good, not great

Show me where I said that? I said he was worth the price he was paid for. He was no. 1 choice and yeah, Giants had to trade picks for him, but thats not his fault. So not sure where you are getting that I said he was worth more than he was paid for? No where did I say that.

Anyway, All I said was, of the three, I think Eli will end up being the best. As for Great, only time will tell. I think he might end up being one, i.e. probable HOF consideration, if his current path continues. But he wont have Peyton's stats though. I think he will be more like Aikman.

I could be wrong of course.

That's the Indianapolis of old. They have looked great on this defense today and if not for Marvin's drops, they could have over 30 right now.

let's just say that there have been better #1 overall choices

John Elway
Troy Aikman
