First off this is exactly where I saw dallas after 4 games. 2-2. This team has alot of fight in it people , it has alot of mental toughness and the players out there are trying there *** off. for the people who dont see that your blind. Julius Jones is not having great games but hes really fighting for every single yard he gets with very little blocking up the middle. the fact is the chargers, the skins , the niners and the raiders are all above avg run defenses. dont worry about jones he will have 1500 yards before the season is out . im not worried about him in the least.

Bledsoe has been battling out there as well , and if he had connected with glenn there at the end , you'd all be getting in line to give him you know what >>> ok so dont tell me this crap that he isnt playing well. the guy is battling and keeping us in the game. what the hell is he suppose to throw for 3 tds every game?? this isnt fanasty football.


Im really encouraged by this team. there a team. cant you see this team plays as a team?? they have alot of fight , alot of heart and play with a great deal of passion . quite frankly to hear you people ***** and moan pisses me off and shows a great deal of disrespect to the effort these guys are putting out.

this team is young. this team is still growing . it will only get better as the season goes on. the dline will get better and they jelled alittle bit there today against the raiders. ware got another sack, canty is looking good, ....things will come together. remember ....lets see this team at week 10 before we start really judging them . its too early . but so far i must say im really encouraged by the fight in this team , the heart, the confidence. To me they played with a quiet confidence all day they would win the game and they almost did. they play with a swagger.


im telling you guys this now, this team is on the brink of something big. it might not be this year but it could be.

You are exactly right! Our team is good, is willing to fight and will only get better with the season.

What concerns me is the bad play calling we have. Especially on offense. And don't anyone tell me that those runs up the middle was the strategie for the 4th quater to open up lanes for the one pass to Glenn

Where were the runs to the outside, passes to Witten, downfiels passing? The raiders are strong against the inside run. Their are suspect on runs outside, have not the right saftety nor LBs to cover Witten and their weakest part is teir secondary. So this was just bad play calling! Especially with the 2nd and 1 with those runs with Barber and TT. Not one shot at the endzone and what killed me was the situation at the end of the game. With the right playcalling we should have sealed a win.

Our defence played good. They hold one of the better offenses in check. And that wasn't because of "down-the-chimmey" Zimmy that was because we have more talent on defence than Zimmer can misshandle!!!

Guys i am feelding really bad about our situation right now.

First: Bad players can be easily exchanged. But bad Defense and Offence-Coordinators (or playcallers) means rthat you lose a lot of time to find a new one and install his new style and plays.

Second: The players will lose their faith in the Coaches and whats worse in the head coach. Especially when he says (what he did) that we lost because of many little mistakes - that means he is talking about player mistakes. We sure made mistakes but they didn't cost us the game(s). The players are not stupid they will recognize that!

I am feelind really down right now. I would be happy if someone could find some arguments to help me find my faith again!

Only two things dissapointed me this game. The playcalling, and the run D. Our coverage was great. I was relieved Canty turned out to be okay, I would take an L before seeing him get injured. Did anyone else notice how well Brady James has played?

Edit: oh yeah three things, the Offensive line made me sick.

I don't think anyone is saying JJ isn't trying hard enough. As I am sure you know, the problem is with the blocking up the middle. If we can't block, we can't run. That is what we're worried about.

The truth is, up until this point, Washington (ranked 5th) and San Diego (ranked 6th) are above average run defenses, while Oakland (ranked 13th) and San Francisco (ranked 17th) are average or barely above average.

If your reason for optimism is, "easier run defenses" coming up, then it looks like you may need to take off the rose-colored glasses for the following games:

Denver (ranked 4th), Washington (ranked 5th), St. Louis (ranked 7th), Kansas City (ranked 9th), Carolina (ranked 10th), Detroit (ranked 14th), NY Giants- twice (ranked 16th)

That's 8 games playing statistically better run defenses than San Francisco and 5 games playing statistically better run defenses than Oakland.

I think the point that the "blind" people like myself are trying to make is that we are not balanced on offense. If a team is stopping our running game, we should be able to take advantage of mismatches on the passing side. We aren't doing that consistently, which means a team can stop Julius and let us shoot ourselves in the foot on offense and win the ball game like what occurred yesterday and in the Washington game.

Well said, this team is gonna be just fine. They are in every game and just went 2-2 with 3 of the 4 games on the road. That isn't bad at all.. Too much PANIC way too early...

This is all why I can not be to upset, I know they are giving me everything they have, there is talent, and they want it, it just needs some more time for everyone to gel, and the rookies to come along.

I am proud of their effort, and what else can I ask for.

If anything, this team has proven it does not quit. We came back in three of our four games when we could have folded. We won two of them.

Yeah, actually, I agree. This team's a lot better than last year. Last year was ugly.

I'm not a fair weather fan, actually. I was pissed off about the team last year, when we drafted all of those horrible, horrible players. The only one good was JJ. Then, the season came, I saw Parcells for what he is, an egomaniac. He keeps bums like Zimmer and Payton around to make himself feel like the only genius on the team.
