Daredevil, Thunderbolts, and F4 are the real start of phase 4.

Cap was super disappointing IMO. I just can't see him leading the Avengers. You could tell there was a million reshoots. They practically made like 3 different movies and tried to make it a cohesive amalgamation.

Yes, I expect the drop offs after the opening and first weekends , I don't see Falcon/Capt America combo near as sensational and draw appealing as black panther or iron man solo film , I'm still odds as should there have been consideration for a new re-cast for Steve rogers/Capt America..instead of combo falc/CA. but the studio has long introduced this into MCU per Disney Falc/winter soldier series (and a very successful series at that) ..so what's done is done.

I'm just glad that per initial box office opening , it seems viewers audience was definitely most interest and anxious to see this film that put marvel back on the map,..vs the lethal comic book disasters that have been spawned to repel audiences away from the theaters..ala Kraven, Madame Web, Morbius, the Eternals, Blue Beetle ,etc, etc,...

This film and Deadpool wolverine success has helped ease the comic book fatigue epidemic ..for now.

I haven't seen it yet, but my friend talked about it. He said it was so disjointed and he had a lot of problems with it. He's NEVER talked bad about Marvel superhero movies before, and he slammed this one. I think I won't see it in theaters. If HE has a problem with it, I know it must be pretty bad overall.

I think you’re referring to Phase 6.

Daredevil: Born Again, Thunderbolts, and Ironheart (if they ever release it) will be the end of Phase 5, the most disappointing one to date.

Phase 6 is set to begin with Fantastic Four: First Steps.

Yes. The changes and reshoots were definitely noticeable.

And I don’t expect that this Cap will lead the Avengers. Then again, I’m note sure who would at this point.
 


Only three gripes from me. I think The Inner Light should have been number one. Yesterday’s Enterprise was ranked too high. And Q Who was ranked too low.

Glad to see The Old Guard sequel is on the horizon. I saw the original as a better alternative to Highlander.

To me, Irredeemable is just a further continuation of The Boys and Highlander. It should be way better than that Brightburn nonsense. :rolleyes:

Not going to lie. A movie anime of One Punch Man would be great but a possible live action version would be out of this world IF done correctly. It will not work as well if lacks the level of sarcasm shown in the series anime.

The Old Guard was so good, even my mother and my sister liked it! It'd be nice to have a second one to watch when I'm there, so I don't have to listen to them gab, and so I don't have to watch another "really good" Hallmark movie.

Spawn should be fantastic, visually, with the current technology.

I assume you meant "Red Sonya.

Highlander was great, when it came out. The sequels were awful. The series was amazing!

Nope. The character's name is Red Sonja. 'Sonya' is the common spelling.

Side-note: I got in trouble once with the spelling too. My daughter-in-law's name is spelled with a J. I got the nastiest look from her the first (and last) time I spelled her name with a Y. :laugh:

I was thinking about the "Red" part. Didn't even think about the other thing.
