Kirk Cousins Mediocre QB.

And due to the drama surrounding him and RGIII, the Commanders will either drastically overpay for him compromising their ability to build a good team, or be forced to let him go (to another team who'll overpay for him) and their 2 decade search for a quality QB will continue.

Dak may not be the best QB in the league, but it's this sort of situation that makes me grateful the Cowboys found him :)

It was annoyingly comical to hear Aikman & his cohort go back & forth between the blocked FG changing the game & the OL narrative.
Ironically, on the OL...the Cowboys are starting a guy that was a backup last year (Cooper), a guy that is playing w/ a bad back (Smith), and a guy that seems at times to be playing out of position (Collins). And of course, big plays can and do change games/swing momentum. Thing is, Dallas also missed a FG...had a Zeke TD called back...a big play by Dez wiped out by another penalty...dropped 2 potential Int's...had a suspect PI call go against them to set up a Skins TD, etc.
Missing Lee helped contribute to 2 of the Cowboys losses...as did special teams miscues. They also missed guys like Irving & Hitchens to start the year. It is what it is.

I like Aikman as an announcer, but sometimes he goes out of his way trying not to show any Cowboys bias.

Next week I believe is Tony Romo's first Cowboys game...can't wait.

Not really sure what you are getting at.

That was essentially a second string team out there.

Glad we got the win, but lets look at it objectively. We were very lucky to get so many turnovers and to only turn it over once.
It’s very difficult to win an NFL game. Any game.

Had to laugh at the end of the game when Troy kept talking about the Commanders basically losing because of injuries. In these conditions, with our stupid mistakes, with these terrible officials, with this defense...we deserved some MAJOR props winning this one.

I expect nothing less. Troy will do anything to avoid giving the Cowboys credit. Also liked that our schedule is tough going forward. You could almost hear the excitement in his voice.

Game would’ve com down to the wire regardless or the personnel.

Anyone who has watches Cowboys/Commanders or NFC East matchup knew that.

Exactly, people forget, or are too young to remember, that we got swept by a bad Skins team the last year we won a SB..."Any Given Sunday" goes double for Commanders-Cowboys games....
