I cant help it but I find it funny beyond belief to read Extremskins. I REALLY do. Never have I ever seen such a homer board in my life. Say anything negative about the skins and it is repressed instantly, even if your a Commander fan! LOL Say anything positive about the Boys and its gone in an instant. Boy, I tell ya, nobody should EVER have a negative thing to say about the mods here. Pretty fair and balanced in contrast to the brainwashing and squashing of independent thought going on over there.

Its almost unbelievable! Heres whats REALLY funny IMO. Skins fans were actually GLOATING about guys like Archuleta, Lyoyd, and RandaL El! Like that was some major deal or something. Sure it upgrades them. That I admit, but in NO WAY does it upgrade their team anywhere near what they think.

It would seem Jerry has trumped them BIGTIME so far with our freeagency moves. Best of all, were not even done yet, still more money to spend in freeagency AND we actually have a draft to look forward to. A good draft it will be too IMO . Since BP has been here we have drafted fairly well IMO, in contast look at the drafts the Skins have been coming up with....YUK!

Heres to the REST of freeagency AND another great draft. He who laughs LAST laughs loudest. Got a pretty good idea were gonna be doing quite a bit of laughing at skins fans VERY SOON, like this fall! Better yet, with each passing day more and more in the NFL and in the media are seeing it that way too. Where theres smoke,........THERES FIRE!....GO COWBOYS!

Lastly, Art is the most comical to sit back and read. This guy will break out charts, graphes, and obscure stats that are completley irrevelant to show that someone like Randel El is twice the W.R Micheal Irvin ever was! ??? . Really, Ive seen him do it with other players. How does one even respond to something like that? You dont. You just sit back, LYAO, and encourage him to keep doing it! Funny stuff.

It's puzzling to me why they think their offseason moves have now made them the odds-on-favorite to win the NFC East and challenge for the NFC title. Archuleta is a good player, Andre Carter is decent (he hasn't done much the last 3 seasons since totaling 13 sacks in 2002), but the real head-scratcher is why they think two #3 recievers have now turned their offense into an unstoppable machine. Randel El had what, 500 yards and 1 TD last year. And that wasn't even as good as his 2004 season. Now all of a sudden this guy is a world-beater? Brandon Lloyd would be hard-pressed to start on any other NFL team besides the Niners. In fact, the niners thought SO highly of their #1 reciever that they let him go for a 3rd rounder and a 4th rounder in next years' draft. You would think that with a young #1 pick at QB, they'd want to retain good WRs to help him develop. But yet look at the Niner's roster at WR. The fact they dealt him tells you their opinion of him isn't exactly high. They UPGRADED the position with Antonio Bryant. That says something.

Speaking honestly, after the Seattle playoff game last season, the Commanders were probably the odds on favorite to win the NFC East and certainly a contender to challenge for the NFC crown. And this was before Al Saunders and the upgrades to the offense, secondary, and defensive line.

and last but not least by any means is carter, lol and frankly you all have no room to talk, when we sacked bledsoe atleast 6 times in the last meeting i belive...GREAT UPGRADE

Im pretty sold that in all honesty most skin fans KNOW in their own minds that the general idea of my original post is TRUE. But will they actually come out and say it?...NO. I read over there occasionally and you can see that the whole aura of their posts has changed somewhat. From complete euphoria too...OH OH, maybe we have been had! Should be fun to watch unfold. In the early season they wont admit it, by midseason we should be seeing LOTS of turmoil over there!

I don't know if I agree with that. Washington was very lucky last year. That's not gonna happen all the time.

It's true that the Skins have added pieces, but they've overpaid and sacrificed draft picks for players most objective onlookers wouldn't consider big difference makers. It's nothing different than Snyder's spending sprees of previous years. The ironic thing is, last offseason he didn't and it got him to the playoffs.

Please note Sparky that he was talking about the Commanders. I therefore didn't feel the need to address the situation on the Cowboys. I don't feel compelled to lay out every philosophy with every post. I sometimes will address the topic at hand.

Oh, and take a look at which QB is older before you open your festering gob. Or at least check on whether or not I am a staunch Bledsoe champion. You'll find that I'm not, that I'm concerned about his age, and that I want to get younger on Offense soon.

Listen I don't deny the Commanders have a good team.

Portis is a great, great back. Moss exceeded my expectations. The offensive line is good. I personally like Brunell better than Bledsoe, but I don't personaly think either is a SB QB at this point.

I like your corners. I like Taylor. Archu I think is greatly over-rated. I think you'll be screaming about pass coverage this year by your safties much like we have been the last two years.

Arrington in a huge loss... you can't cut that any way but. He was your best pass-rusher when you weren't facing Torrin Tucker.

Your d-line isn't anything to write home about. Carter is just a name in my book.

But come'on! You skin's fans are making El sound like the second coming of Billy "White Shoes" Johnson when it comes to the return game. My God he's good but he's not a difference maker IMHO.
