that tool at pro football talk picked them to lose to the steelers in the superbowl.

Technically they did lose the Superbowl. I think the Lions pretty much made this a superbowl victory lol.

The only thing that was missing was falling confetti. Instead we're going to get falling Skins fans from local buildings.

Oh man DC....I literally laughed until tears came out when I saw that pic.

Gosselin was slobbering over them too.

I watched the whole game.

the lions have a coaching staff that is two notches better than the skins. Scott linehan schooled greg blache.

It shouldnt have even been close, stafford hit johnson for 58 yards and they should have had another field goal at least, it would have been fist and goal at the 4. they called offensive P.I. on johnson and it was a horrendous call.

Shcwartz/linehan/cunningham is much better than zorn/blache.

Stafford was really good, but still missed wide open receivers.

He's a draft savant. He's money in April when he's pumping his sources for information. The rest of the year, he's Gomer Pyle.

I'm at a loss to find anything to say about this team right now. My level of disgust trumps my ability to reason so at this point the fewer words I poison this good board with the better.

:D

"Don't worry they fought their guts out and that's all that matters" - Skin poster from ES

Yeah, if that is the attitude of the Skins, they are going nowhere!

;)

I was out fishing and missed the game, but coming home and seeing this score really made my day! LOL

What a great thread!

What is funny about this thread is, it's going to shut up a lot of "supposed" Cowboy fans for awhile. If you know what I mean...

dont give up buddy;
this is what i think
the momentum may have changed even though we lost to the giants
remember how the giants scored right before the half up in newyork in 2007?
and how the giants scored twice before the half and at the end of the game to put pressure on us and romo in the playoff game in 2007

well giants players believed that they could score on us and they did;
now we realize that we scored on the giants right before half and at the end of the game

and the giants lost their star safety phillips now
so now they have some weaknesses

we showed we can stop their running on offense, if our offense would quit throwing the ball away

i think this is the year that romo finally steps up and becomes the player we all think he is;

now after that, its up to our defense to improve too

so anything is possible, just have to believe

the whole key on offense is barber getting fully healthy, we will need him that way going into december and felix finally showing the talent we figured he has

if felix gets over that nagging thigh problem, look out, felix will kill teams

those are our 2 keys on offense besides romo

the other hidden key is that players like ratliff, bradie james, witten, become true leaders on the team, say enough is enough, demand that all players give 110 percent, and if they dont then they will have to answer to ratliff, james and witten, along with columbo
