Im listening to the Philly broadcast and they both said it was a stupid penalty and that the player was an idiot for committing it. Said the dude continued his play about 5 yards out of bounds.

Pinnacle Studio software with a television tuner interface. The video/pics are captured by the software and converted to filetypes. You can add annotations if you like, then upload to image host like ***BLOCKED***. It's a simple matter to add the links to the video/pics which the image host provides to a post/thread.
