Commanders Found Inventive Way to Screw Fans, Charged $50 For Will-Call

It's hard to think that a team in a league that shamelessly hocks personal seat licenses, charges full price for preseason games, makes you pay extra for a channel that's on the air six hours at a time for 17 Sundays a year, and forced a monopoly for their licensed video games can further bone their fans, but the Washington Commanders appear to have found a way. Their evil (but also brilliant) scheme is/was? asking all their non-season ticket holders to part with a fifty if they opted to pick up their tickets at the will-call window. It's a policy that had apparently been active for years but didn't come to light until today when Twitter user @kararowland spoke up about it:

I wouldn't even give 50 dollars for Commander tickets, let alone pay another 50 afterwards to pick them up.

I want to buy 50,000 tickets, each in their own envelope, and all of them to be picked up at Will Call for a Sunday night game.

Any discussion of screwing over fans begins and ends with Jerruh himself and his Temporary-Seat-Licenses.

This thread is not about Tom Brady. Why are you here?
Because I will never forget being moved from 7 rows off the field in Irving to Section 403, Row 18 in Arlington.:mad::mad:

Although the one good thing about my current seats are they are so atrocious, that I am not among the suckers paying thousands and thousands of dollars for the Temporary Seat Licenses.

Well, the Patriots need more fans.

Well, they certainly treat their fans better. No PSL fees in their stadium, and certainly none of the Temporary-Seat-Licenses in Jerruh-World.

You'd be surprised how much I paid for MNF Cowboys @ Commanders :)

I paid $125 each for two of these for Oct 13th, 2013 Sunday Night Football against the Commanders

Is that normal price? I bought mine for $150 EACH from a season ticket holder. These are the seats I got and this was last year's game in that 44-17 routing.

I got the same seats this year, but for MNF on 12/7.

I don't recall the face value of them, but I think they were more than $125. That was damn near two years ago and I don't actually live in Dallas anymore so I don't go to many games there. Yours are really close (and at the 50!), though I do like to sit a bit higher so I can see the game better. (though not quite as high as I was at that game, but the better seats were a lot more expensive!)

Like Hockey, I absolutely hate sitting near the glass. You get to see close up when they get smashed into the boards, but you can't see the game for ****!

I think beers at fedex are $9.00 and the parking pass at $50.00 sounds about right.

What does this even mean? That someday the Patriots won't win the Super Bowl? Gee, that's really going out on a limb there, buddy. :D

If the Patriots cheated and if karma was real, then there's no way they would have won SB49. So which is it? Are the Patriots innocent or is karma just the nonsensical wishing of jealous fans? :D

Wait, are you a Patriots fan?
They are my 2nd favorite team so while I certainly root for them above AFC teams I despise like the Steelers, Ravens and Jets, they aren't exactly a high priority in my football life.

Unfortunately, a group of trolls have been constantly lying about me, as if there is some sort of incompatibility with being a Cowboys fan and thinking deflategate is a bunch of overblown nonsense. Please don't let them fool you.
