The Skins FO has said it takes the allegations very seriously and it is very concerned that this was alleged.
Does not sound as if the allegations don't hold water, otherwise the FO would have denied the story and thrashed it and moved on.

A woman who was there and subjected to the treatment, making these claims, is not hearsay. It’s an eyewitness account/ victim statement. Big big difference from hearsay.
