Lets see: our losses were to very good teams that are leading their divisions and came in the last minute. Theirs were to winless teams that are pretty pathetic.

But that's not my point though. I see an owner that has a huge ego that will be hard to attract any good coach unless he puts that ego besides him and I see a coach who is clueless on the field. That's only what I was saying.

I wasn't comparing the Commanders as a team to the Cowboys as a team. i was just comparing their problems up above with our problems.

Well you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. I'm comparing what Zorn is best at which is offense as he is the head coach to Wade at which he is best at on defense as he is the head coach. Right now, the Washington offense is not performing well and our defense at times throughout this season is not performing well. Now their defense is performing well as our offense. But again, I was just looking at the owner to the coach perspective.

Too bad there is really not a QB worth a damn in this draft.

McCoy will be gone by then, They can have Teabow ( I would love it). Knowing the Skins it would be the perfect position to reach for Tony Pike or take Sam Bradford.

No matter what, outside of possibly McCoy there is not a QB in this class your going to fix your franchise with.

If not for the recent shoulder issues, Sam was poised to be a very good QB in the NFL. When he first started at OU he already looked like a NFL QB, and he's only gotten better. The problem is now you really don't know how he will be after two shoulder injuries.

Even then, Jerry might be the mad meddler, but at least he has 3 rings. He also has Dallas merchandise selling so well globally. He has the best stadium in all of sports. Also, Dallas is by far better at drafting talent than the Skins......

Jerry might have been foolish to let Jimmy get away, but at least he was able to get another ring post-Jimmy. Snyder was a complete idiot for allowing Williams to leave. All Williams did, was take a whole bunch of 2nd rate players and turn them into one helluva defense year in and year out. The Skins loss, is definitely the Saints gain.

Fair enough. It was just the frustration coming out of me knowing that we could be and should be better than we are now and us making stupid mistakes that are easily correctable. But make no mistake, I do know the skins have alot more problems than us though. SOrry for the confusion.

well like I said earlier....just eliminate the turnovers and we are 5-0, even with all the penalties. Now, if you eliminate the penalties too, we are not only 5-0, but we are a dominating 5-0.

We lost by 2 to the Giants, turned it over 4 times, and they scored 24 points on those turnovers. We lost by 7 to Denver, and we had a few turnovers.

In both games, even with all the turnovers and penalties, we had the lead with a few minutes remaining. Then we go into that pathetic prevent defense.....and we give up the game winning score. IMO, if we merely play our regular defense, we most likely win at least the Denver game, if not the Giants game too.
