Brandon Lloyd received $10,000,000 in guaranteed money.

Washington gave up a 3rd round pick in 2006 and a 4th round pick in 2007 to get him.

Lloyd had 25 catches as a Commander. That's $400,000 per catch.

Anyone know what players were picked with those 2 drafts picks?

Neither amounted to much yet. Last year's pick was DE Jay Moore out of Nebraska and he didn't even suit up. I think the 2006 pick was a WR named Brandon Williams and he didn't make the team. I think he's with the Rams now and hasn't caught a pass yet.

This thread makes me smile. Gosh I wish I had been here when they were saying he was better than T.O. or Terry Glenn. That would have made my day.

The best part of that...T.O. has more TOUCHDOWN catches the last two year (28) than Brandon had catches. NICE.
