Maybe a potential bust, but right now Dallas needs depth at CB. Worth trying to claim him off waivers purely as depth?

Yea but there has to be something going outside of talent. You don't give up on your 1st round pick after just 1 year and hell this is Quinn we are talking about. He either signed off on it or didn't/couldn't fight for him.
