Heck, this is something they SHOULD have done in the offseason. You can't run an offense with midget WRs darting all over the field. Sooner or later, you need a guy who can make those possession receptions, and it can't always be Cooley.

What is going on with the skins? They paid this guy handsome amount of money and gave up 3rd and 4th round draft picks to be their #2 WR (I believe) and he has zero catches this year.
