So the key to blitzing is hoping the other team is to inept to pick it up? Because there was nothing special about those blitzes, the were shown before the play the Skins just couldnt stop it.

I can't see the game, but part of the reason why the Eagles are so good at blitzing is their disguise is so good. My guess is that they either disguised it well OR they have disguised other blitzes so well that the Skins O-Line misdiagnosed the blitz.

But since Zimmer's defense shows the same type of blitz about 3-5 seconds before the ball is snapped opposing teams almost never miss blocking assignments. After awhile it isn't being unlucky or the opposing team being superbly smart that they never miss assignments.

Dawkins is without doubt a warrior in the secondary! I'm concerned about a player Like Dawkins ...he's unafraid to toss his body in the air or anywhere to stop an offensive play. Roy Williams is that type of player also.
