Commanders want to win this game for London Fletcher announced retirement

Kirk Cousins said this is a big game because they know Dallas needs a win to save their season and they want to win this last home game for London Fletcher. Fletcher said he can't end his career with a loss to Dallas and the way they lost to Kansas City at home didn't sit right with them or the fans.

So it sounds like Washington will be fired up for this game and treating it like its a damn Playoff game for them.

Sure..and Joe Theisman and John Riggins, too.

We'll add a bunch more Dallas haters.

Whatever..I guess.

After watching their offense Sunday against a better defense than ours Sunday we have no chance of stopping them especially if reed plays.

They will get a few stops though and that is the difference

with our linebackers, we have no shot at stopping their run game. this will be their super bowl and we'll lose. hopefully i'll be too drunk at the gaylord to care.

The Skins are going to curb stomp Grandpa and his USC defense.................Cousins is light years better than Flynn...............almost any QB is better than Flynn................and we still lost.

Garrett better take some pictures, it will be his last trip to FedEx without having to buy a ticket.

Guessing whoever has the ball last wins. Both defenses are pathetic.

It's been proven the past two weeks that Tony Romo isn't good enough to get into a shoot out against backup QBs. Commanders win by 30.

I can't believe that Jerry is masking me want them to lose the last two games.

Sickening

I hope that this has the makings of a Theeesman birthday celebration.

No excuses, we don´t win against a 3 team win playing for our playoff lives, we shouldn´t be in the playoffs and Garrett shouldn´t be coaching.

If we do beat a 3 win team, Garrett shouldn't be coaching either. He needs to go and if it takes finishing 7-9 instead of 8-8 or 9-7 and winning the worst division in Football and getting embarrassed in the playoffs, I will take 7-9 and let's tear off this discount band-aid and move on already. Enough is enough.

I honestly don't envision any scenario in which the Cowboys lose this game.

Last week it was hard to envision any scenario in which the Cowboys could blow a 23 point lead and give up 4 TD passes in one half to a career backup QB but they managed. After what we've seen the past 2 weeks vs career backup QB's I can think of a number of scenario's where the Cowboys could lose on Sunday. Just because Washington's season is done doesn't mean they'll pack it in they would love nothing better than to keep the Cowboys home for the playoffs for a second straight season. With Shanahan probably done in Washington and the Commanders playing their backup QB they can throw caution to the wind.

They showed that last week vs Atlanta going for 2 and the win instead of the tie and OT. All the pressure will be on the Cowboys if they lose and Philly beats the Bears the Cowboys season will be over. The Cowboys and Romo don't exactly excel in pressure situations in Dec especially on the road. I'm not expecting the Cowboys to lose on Sunday but it won't surprise me in the least if they do. It's not going to be easy for them to rebound after what happened last week the teams confidence has to be pretty shaken.

Well since it's that important to them, let's just fold and shoot for higher TV ratings.

For everybody saying there is no way they can see Dallas losing this game............................440-1

That is the record of teams with at least a 23 point lead at halftime and finishing the game with at least 36 points.....................yep, we are the only team in NFL history to lose under those conditions.............so yes, we can lose to the Skins.

Fletcher is/was a great player and all that but I am tired of seeing Cowboys games serve as a venue for coming out/going away parties for opposing players. Let this game show that the Cowboys may be down but they are not out...

This is really sad. If it was September - November i have no doubt we would have won those games. But once December rolls around, everything changes.

The worst part about losing that lead to the Packers is we should have put up 50 if Romo played even AVERAGE in that game. He missed so many opportunities to put points up. I even think he was throwing to Miles and got lucky Dez made the catch in the endzone.

And then blames Beasley for the last one. If it truly was an option route, Beasley made the right move and Tony made the wrong read. The outside corner jumped on the out route so Beasley turned it into a curl. Romo still threw the out where the corner was going. Then yells at Beasley. So sick of seeing Romo blame everyone else and never be accountable for his mistakes.

Cole Beasley said there was no option on that route to pull up. He made a mistake.
