those who were seeing Rush for who he was and wanted Dak back as quick as possible were 100% correct., the: "rush is better suited for this offense" crowd, have no argument.I think it’s pretty obvious. When Rush played the offense had a much lower ceiling, but stuck to running the ball and limited turnovers. With the defense playing at an elite level that was more than enough to win. But if I’m not mistake this offense barely mustered over 20 ppg with Rush. Relying on elite defense every game with such a low ceiling offense is not a realistic way to win over the course of a season.
Rush did his job well and we went 4-1 so kudos to him. But to think he’s a legit starter in this league is either bad evaluation or unnecessary dislike for QB1. I know Romo speaks glowingly about him but his athletic limitations make him a bridge/fringe starter at best.
Say what you want about Dak, but it’s quite obvious he’s more talented and gives this offense it’s best chance at performing to a level that can sustain winning. Any talk otherwise is misguided or agenda driven. Don’t want him to do too much, as you can say with anyone who’s not a top 3/4 guy, but in the flow of the offense he maximizes our potential.
$40M per season sounds about right…..

Pollard coming to the forefront has also made a big difference. To be completely accurate you would have to remove week 1 from the left column and put it with the right column.
Yeah, unfortunately this thread failed before it even started...To be completely accurate you would have to remove week 1 from the left column and put it with the right column.
That’s why he gets paid the big bucks. Worth every penny.

Oh….haven’t you heard….Dak Hate is not based on Football metrics….Eye Test Stuff…those who were seeing Rush for who he was and wanted Dak back as quick as possible were 100% correct., the: "rush is better suited for this offense" crowd, have no argument.
True and we appreciate it but all those posts about,Honestly, the comparison is silly. Dak critics made a big deal of Rush winning 4 games when in fact, he only did what he asked to do, NOT lose games using a conservative game plan.
True but doesn't matter, its clear to even a hater crowd how much better this offensne is now with dak back. Even game 1 back, lions' game was solid, and he was roasted for putting up Rush numbers or better..ie Bad dak is good rush , rush cannot compete with good to great Dak,To be completely accurate you would have to remove week 1 from the left column and put it with the right column.
Am I not seeing the whole chart? I can't figure out what I'm looking at.

So, you fail to consider the strength of the opponents Rush faced vs the opponents Dak faced.True and we appreciate it but all those posts about,
"Rush is better suited for this offense" crowd, have no argument.
Ironic they ignored a 10-16 106 yard rams game with 2 fumbles and then the eagles game 3 INts , Washington game got lucky on 2 INTS being called back ete its not like he played perfect, yet Dak has to play perfect or they blame him for losses that are clearly on the defenses or "other"
real fans no Dak is clearly better.
can someone re-do this with week 1 on the right side - it really makes a big difference and I want to see the real chartAm I not seeing the whole chart? I can't figure out what I'm looking at.
I see numbers that can't be scores, and I have no idea what it is.can someone re-do this with week 1 on the right side - it really makes a big difference and I want to see the real chart
