While being a jerk about it.

Besides Jerry still being GM, my complaint is people deciding whether draft picks can play before we've ever even seen them play.

My biggest complaint is that they completely ignore obvious positions of need, safety, and defensive tackle in recent years being the best examples.

I get their strategy is to not overpay for big names, and that is fine, but you better be good at finding diamonds in the rough or veteran stopgaps, you can't just ignore glaring holes.
