We've had backups that rarely played making way more than Dak for his first 4 years. What awesome, or even really good FAs did they spend that savings on?

Go back and look at the payroll for those years and tell me who was getting the money. The cap money was spent on something during those years. Jerry is not like Cleveland and Cincinnati and sitting at $30-40M under the cap.

Clarity isn't one of my strengths. Granted I was being a bit snarky, but what I was trying to point out is that Dallas does not spend real money picking up talant.

Yes the worst defense in team franchise history is not the problem....Its the QB passing for 500 yards against the Giants that keeps you up at night? How many "good" teams can this QB beat with the worst defense in franchise history?

You want to know why? Because he scores zero TDs against the Jets, Saints, Eagles when their team was depleted and the defense did show up. He didn't score against GB in 2019 until the 4th quarter. He was raped by Denver, Atlanta, Chargers, Eagles in 2017. He only plays great against these crappy teams. He is dependent on Zeke running all over the Seahawks just to get a playoff win. This greedy clown is now the second highest paid QB and the ** better produce against the better teams or he deserves to be the most criticized QB in the NFL.

So in your opinion this is a good team that has played and been coached well but the QB is the problem? Its not what i see but it is an opinion for sure.

My biggest Cowboys complaint this off season is the fact that they didn't add a dominant NG and they expect to run a 3-4.

I agree. They didnt address either the DT or safety position with a stud in the draft. AGAIN!!!!!
