Concerned about this defense

its in a freefal because of injuries at key spot.at this point we can hope some of them can come back for the playoffs.

They came through with turnovers and pressure when it mattered most. LVE and Hankins will a big help in the playoffs. Parsons was right about the Eagles.

Please give them credit. They actually stopped Jax in OT and gave it to the offense to win the game. 4 turnovers today. Big time INT's by Kearse and Bland. No sacs but a lot of pressure in the second half. We stopped them when we needed it MOST. A lot of pressure on that last drive.

I give them credit for the turnovers. But also don't believe we'll go far in the playoffs if we are going to need 40 points to win all of those games.

I had concerns about the defense. I was pulling for Kelvin Joseph to step up this year, but I just didn't think he was ready when they gave him the start. I posted that I would have started Bland on the outside, because he has better instincts. And as you can see, that's true. Bland made some great, instinctive plays out there today.

I think Bland has the potential to be even better than Brown.

What concerns me about this defense is Micah Parsons playing DE full-time makes him more predictable. I don't like seeing him coming off the edge every single play.. Our defense isn't getting to the passer as much, and with LVE out, we could use more help at LB.

You can't tell me Clark is better than LVE right now, because he's not. That said, Clark played a decent game out there. I just feel like it wouldn't have been as close had LVE been healthy.

A lot of people said we couldn't beat the Eagles. And I've said all along that they could.

We'll see them in the playoffs.

Minshew played a damn good game out there... And our guys stepped up.

Jayron Kearse is quickly becoming one of my favorite players. I love the way he's about letting actions speak, rather than words.

On the other side of the ball, how about T.Y. Hilton?

I said around week 4-5 that he would be a good signing, so I can't see why they waited so long.

Without him, we don't win that game today. Brilliant catch by him out there.

Ménshew throws the ball better then Hurts and their whole team was healthy. The defense forced 4 turnovers and leads the league for the second year in a row with forced turnovers. We are fine. Bland and Wright can play.

Minshew has some talent, for sure.

If Minshew is able to come in for the next two weeks and put up pretty impressive numbers with the same offense Hurts has. Then that might be enough to sway the MVP votes in Mahomes favor.

The defense needs to stop the run or else they will be one and done. They need Hankins and LVE back.

Secondly they need another pass rusher to step up cause teams are double and triple teaming Micah.

third - give Micah a couple weeks for he needs to be ready or playoffs

We lost some important positions to injury and to minimize that I don’t think it’s realistic. Of course it’s next man up that’s what you do. Hankilns is a loss.

Great point but their offensive turnovers set up 20 of Dallas' points. You know Eagles fans will say "if we had Hurts...."

I'm willing to bet Hurts doesn't put up 34. Minshew was such a wildcard. No real feel for him with this 2022 eagles squad. Do you not think they wanted to stick it to their most hated rival on a national stage to seal the division and the #1 seed? Every game will not be 40-3. We just beat a 13-1 team. They are good. It wasn't pretty. Let's see your QB lift the team when points are needed and the defense have a short memory and get stops when needed.

I also don’t get in regards to the d. Minshew and other qbs are getting the ball out quick. How is it possible they are throwing the ball in under 2 seconds and still completing it at that clip
