Conquering the drop issue has been the main difference. Awesome to see him look like player we hoped he’d become.

Kudos to Lamb this makes him the 5th Cowboy receiver in history to post over 1300 yards in a season! Living up to that 88 legacy!

Irvin- 4x
Dez- 2x
Owens- 1x
Austin- 1x
I said he would get around 1300 yards or so about 3 weeks back and I was hammered by folks here. I think Next year he will have 1500 at least. He's barely realizing his potential. Scary. BTW...when the year began and he struggled, I WAS VERY WRONG when I said he isnt a number 1 wr. He figured it out guys. The light came on for him. Good for him. He is becoming a beast. Sometimes there are certain guys u cheer for, and he is 1 of them.

Looking back, I think having Amari here slowed him down from developing. I believe that was why he struggled this year, mentally believing HE IS A NUMBER 1. Now he believes. Without question.

Mike was insane man. Did this with the all-time leading rusher on his team in an era where it was harder to pass the ball
My GAWD. Great point. Mike would have 1500-2000 yards receiving every year in the current NFL. Even with Emmitt. He would eat there lunch. That said, Emmitt made the entire offense thrive. I recall when he held out, Troy was very average, same with Mike. Dak, to his credit, he isnt wired that way like Troy. EVERYTHING we did ran thru Emmitt. In this league, everything runs thru the QB. Funny how some things change yet stay the same.

Best WR since TO. Dez was a beast but his game was a bit limited and his peak only lasted 3 seasons.

One has to wonder if Ceedee would’ve been able to blossom like this with Coop still here.
CeeDee is better then a 23 year old Dez but nowhere close to peak 2014 Dez. CeeDee can get there soon if he continues to grow.

His 1995 was nuts. 111 catchs, 1600 yards in that offense. As far as best Cowboys single seasons from a WR, I dont think its beatable
he was uncoverable that year, and even if he was covered, he would find a way.. Funny thing is, he wasn't a 40 yard dash demon. Yet was always getting the ball and they never could catch him in the open field. He had what we call football speed. He and Rice hands down, ran the best routes in the league for a long time. Steve Largent was 3rd in my view.

Hes not better than a prime Dez

Prime Dez was getting this respect from defenses

CD has to start beating double coverage and not allow DCs to take him out the game.

And this was in a Jason Garrett offense, that's extremely impressive.

Broke the century mark today. 102 catches in 16 games this year. Didnt even need the extra game.

Joins Michael Irvin and Jason Witten as the only Cowboys to break 100 catches i na season

And he didn't need any white powder to do it unlike Irvin.

This is one where KM needs some props.
He figured out how to maximize CDs potential and provide Dak some quick and easy targets . Congrats to all three.

only took Moore 21/2 years…maybe he can speed up his work…
