this is the guy

This is a sad day, who knows this guy looks like he has schizophrenia, I knew someone once with it, and it has very obvious signs. (If you watch those videos on his youtube he has a lot of riddle-type phrases that are highly suggestive for that type).

Just happened to find a classmate of the gunman on twitter. Interesting comments on this

caitieparker Caitie Parker

Official I went to high school & college, & was in a band w/ the gunman. I can't even fathom this right now.

He was a political radical & met Giffords once before in '07, asked her a question & he told me she was "stupid & unintelligent"

the question was odd & didn't make sense, I can't remember what it was. Just know it was weird.

he was a pot head & into rock like Hendrix,The Doors, Anti-Flag. I haven't seen him in person since '07 in a sign language class

As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal. & oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy.

he had a lot of friends until he got alcohol poisoning in '06, & dropped out of school. Mainly loner very philosophical.

more left. I haven't seen him since '07 though. He became very reclusive.

I haven't seen him since '07. Then, he was left wing.

Did GMA(+ ABC Radio) & The Today Show. No more interviews. I said how I knew Jared, & my shock at this incident. Now to reflect & pray.

I do not condone anything Jarod has done, it is horrific. I'm still in shock & haven't stopped shaking since the news.

I voted for Giffords & came into this story wondering what kind of evil could do this. Sadly, I know him, & I'm not proud of that.

wow didnt see him being left wing coming

His political leanings have very little relevance here. Sadly, though, this tragedy is already being politicized.

So true. And so sad. And it hasn't even been 24 hours.

Not unusual. When Kennedy was killed in Dallas, people automatically suspected/blamed Dixiecrats, segregationists, Birchers, anti-UN types, etc. "Marxist" was nowhere on their list, because it didn't fit the "narrative."

It may very well turn out to be political. Just not for the reasons being assumed. *shrug*

If you want to witness something truly pathetic, check out my FB page. People are already using this to indict various political movements and exploit the gun debate.

Ha! I called it. Unless he had priors, there's no reason to think he acquired the gun illegally (assuming he didn't steal it or something).

This looks like a good way to weed out your friends. :D

Seriously, you have to be some kind of mental midget to politicize this.

He bought the gun on November 30th at Sportsman's Warehouse. He got it legally. A Glock 19.

According to the article I read, the gun was an automatic of some type. If it was fully automatic, the gun should already be outlawed under existing legislation.

EDIT: Nevermind. Hos answered my question.
