Ok kid let's not do that again... We don't need any weight room injuries.
Anybody else get a creepy Private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket vibe from Connor?
Oh, I'm freaking pumped about him. My favorite pick in the draft.Buuuut he didn’t. It was a great pick. Eagles thought by taking Goedert was our downfall. Now watch us relentlessly run them over!
Only after he buries them in the turf. Then he will jump over them
That is very impressive but not surprising. The desire and effort he showed to re-invent himself and stop being a victim was even more impressive. The sight of him on one knee, crying because of the realization he'd just made his dream come true was my favorite moment in the draft. Connor left that bullied kid behind but not forgotten. His story is going to be told a lot and serve as an inspiration to many young people that have experienced what he did.
This is Demarco Murray all over again!Buuuut he didn’t. It was a great pick. Eagles thought by taking Goedert was our downfall. Now watch us relentlessly run them over!
I dont get it. Did i miss something? He was bullied?Post of the day.![]()
Yes, they were telling his story right after he was drafted. He was a really chunky kid and had no friends and decided if the bullying was going to stop, he had to make that happen himself so he became a gym rat dedicated to rebuilding himself.I dont get it. Did i miss something? He was bullied?
Oh wow. I had no idea. I was away for Friday-Sunday that weekend.Yes, they were telling his story right after he was drafted. I knew his story at UT because some people where I live know his family and they said Connor has served as an inspiration to others in his family and those who know him.
check this out. I don’t do twitter, to post, so hopefully this link works
Does this make you feel better about what will be paving the way for many of long Zeke runs.
AhahahahahhahaI think it's David Akers.
It's a great story and very timely with so many kids that are "different" being mistreated by other kids that are adult aholes in training.Oh wow. I had no idea. I was away for Friday-Sunday that weekend.
Yeah, duh.That’s not the point.
That one comes out FridayYeah, duh.
I'd be more impressed if there was a video of him tipping a bison or something
