Signed by Cowboys Conor Riley hired as Cowboys' Offensive Line coach

Some of his coaching profile here

Riley hails from Kansas State and, yes, coached both Cooper Beebe and Deuce Vaughn in his time with the Wildcats; and he's heralded as one of the top offensive minds and coaches in the country.
To that point, Vaughn produced a mind-bending 4,884 yards from scrimmage and 43 touchdowns, dominating as both a pure RB (109.7 rushing yards per game in his final two seasons) and as a WR out of the backfield (31.3 receiving yards per game and 9.3 yards per reception in his final two seasons), over the course of only 37 games under Riley's scheme; and, as it stands, there is much to be determined at the position in Dallas, clearing a path for Vaughn to finally make an impact.

Riley has been an integral part of an offensive staff that has helped produce 34.6 points per game over the last two seasons to rank 19th in the nation and third among returning Big 12 teams. The Wildcats have averaged at least 32 points per game in consecutive seasons for the first time since 2016 and 2017, while they have eclipsed an average of 200 rushing yards per game in consecutive seasons for the first time since doing so for three-straight years from 2001 through 2003.

they are doing all the right things regarding the coaching staff to try to make up for the Head Coach hire. I will know if they are serious about winning or not by how they handle free agency. If they don't pony up for at least one guy on the first day or two, it's business as usual and a losing record again

Deuce is staying. Look at the hire. The Joneses wanna see if their investment can become something more. McCarthy never really used Deuce right . He was big on the vets. Shotty will see if he can make steak dinner out of chopped meat. This hire is great. Problem is, we aren't very good and need free agents.

Really? Well, he is not exactly built for the NFL is he? Yeah, he did good in College, but this is the pros.

How many times did he suit up this past season and never even played but maybe a handful of carries. He had 17 carries for 70 yards. Yeah, the average might look good but what else is he good for?

Now give me your opinion on why he should be on the team. You know why he is on the team in the first place, right?

I really doubt these hires have to do with Deuce. He wouldnt even be here if his dad wasnt an employee.
