Most of the money is shared anyway. No sweat off their balls if you don't buy some jerses. They'll still cash a 500 million check from the shared TV money.

and that is probably nothing compared to his other owned ventures, thats why i say your not gonna hurt the Jones bank account through the Cowboys that ship has sailed...you can hurt his pride.. maybe I mean the last 27 years and he hasn;t changed.

He's going to be slinging those 4 yard passes and overthrowing the rest and you get to see it in person. I'm jealous.
Who wouldn’t be. Went to see that Denver game a couple years ago. I don’t expect much. The last two drives of that game were magical the way he carved up the prevent defense only to keep the game from being 30-3

Jerry and Stephen are basically untouchable as far as consequences go. Except in one key area, their pockets. He need to affect their sales. We need to promote on social media the idea of not buying Dallas Cowboys merchandise. I vow to not buy anything with a star on it, until I see real change. We have to make those in ivory towers nervous about it collapsing on them. It’s the only thing Jerry really cares about.
probably about 2% of cowboys nation gets mad and stops buying anything cowboys related. but 98% don't care. and jerry panders to that 98%.

I haven't bought anything for over 5 years now. refuse to buy. and although within a few hours, will not go to the games.

in order for this to work, it has to become a movement in cowboys nation and I don't see that happening.

Jerry is a lot smarter than any of us….lol. We agonize; he became a billionaire because of how he runs the Cowboys.

Let me know how it goes and show me where you are going to start this revolution and I'll join in, until then, good luck.
Well, it just started, here and now. It’s great to have you on board! We’re growing every moment!

You’re 100% right! That’s why WE ALL need to plant the idea in the other 98%, we wouldn’t even need to get all 98%. Probably 20-30% would work well. The national news would see what’s happening and report on it, reaching more ppl.

The consequences are that he continues to make money hand over fist.

I think the whole Jerry cares about money thing is overblown. He and his family have enough money to last 20 lifetimes.

He is stubborn. He wants to win his way with his hand picked coach and take credit for everything. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked out for him for 30 years now
They are outrageously wealthy, yes. But that only means they want enough for that 21st generation. And jerry does have major bills that need to be paid.

As fans, there’s nothing we can do about these two. It’s a “family business” primarily based on the financial success of the conglomerate, and not individual team success as long as the team isn’t in the dregs year after year. So they make a little less tens of millions of dollars per year. That’s a big whoop to those who don’t ever have to work again in their life and care about their egos and their football “toy” more than anything else.
Not trying, is just giving up.

Maybe you’re just old, jaded and don’t understand how powerful the internet can be.

This post comes up multiple times a year. Usually after a playoff loss. It's not gonna happen.

Yeah but the ironic and very comical thing is any fan thinking they can affect the Dallas Cowboys or any major franchise or Fortune 500 fortune 100 company by simply boycotting them because they think they can get enough eyes and social media it's not gonna happen it will never happen you you can't there isn't enough interest most of the seat licenses and all the tickets on what 75% of them are sold before the season they got sold each week so when a loss happens what you're gonna tell people to not go and most people had already bought their merchandise and the Dallas Cowboys are not your regular just any club they are america's team and they the logo sells worldwide and not handful or even 1000s of boycotts on sales and attendance will affect the ownerships.
Punctuation, please!

Number one in revenue, year after year. The cowboys are literally an ATM.
And that's what a CEO should do, more money and keep investors happy. In this case Jerry is the president, so his duty is to make more money, but he is also the gm which he is propably not doing OK, but... Obviously he's not firing himself because hey... He's making money and drama.

So which one do you want him to give up: the yacht or the helicopter?
Neither. We can’t effect what he already has. We can effect a line on a graph that show’s future profits.

Here’s the cycle:
  • The Jones FO stays the same.
  • We change QBs.
  • We change HCs.
  • We change coordinators.
  • We hire a great talent evaluator (Will McClay)
  • We change entire rosters over the years.
  • Jerry hypes it all and fans believe it.
BUT THE SAME GUYS REMAIN AT THE TOP. AND THEY THINK THEY ARE GOOD AT BUILDING ROSTERS. RINSE REPEAT.
Exactly!!! We need to throw a wrench in that cycle!

Stop the money flow... That's the only solution which probably isn't a workable one...
