Pat Watkins was 6'4 and super skinny. Ramsey is shorter and more build. Built to tackle. The only thing Ramsey and Watkins has in common so far is that they both went to FSU.

I believe he's a coach at a smaller (JUCO maybe?) college. He's talked a few times about players he's coached there. I'm assuming you're being genuine with your questions btw.

Kirwin and Miller dedicated quite a bit of their show yesterday to Ramsey. Kirwin says that the staff at Real Football Network agree that he is a safety in the pros. The problem is that you don't take safeties in the early part of the first round, you will be hard pressed to convince your owner to do so. The only way you do it is if he's the best of a generation, and Ramsey wasn't even a fulltime safety in college. They think he will be a stud but too risky to take early in the draft. Probably near the 10th pick is where you would take him.

Hate this notion that 4 is too high for a safety. If the staff thinks Ramsey is perennial all-pro type player, then you you take him. Who cares if it's at 4 or 10? I'd take Charles Woodson, Ed Reed, or Kam Chancellor at 4, wouldn't you? If you think they're elite, you gotta pull the trigger.
