Cooper Rush man, I know it is pre-season but that guy looks really comfortable in the offense. For a rookie it is quite impressive to see what he is doing. Would really like to see him play a little more as opposed to Moore and McCown. He is head and shoulders above those two and it is not even close. I don't really care how much Linnehan "trusts" Moore....

I agree he is making a case for him to be on the 53 as a couple more games like he had in LA and he will not last long on the practice squad. This is a great problem to have, not sure he will ever be much more than a career backup but he has something we can build on.

Not that the Cowboys listen to me but in next week preseason game, after Dak gets his preseason debut for a series or two, I'd like to see Cooper Rush get some work with with some of the first and second string guys in the first quarter to see what he can do against better competition on defense....I've seen enough of Moore and I really think Dallas needs to find a better option as their backup this year than the Short, no mobility, pop gun noodle arm of Kellen Moore....
