The problem today was more both of our Guards. Hoffman played good once again. Yes, he got beat a few plays, but overall, Brock Hoffman continued to play Center very well.

Tyler Smith has regressed, maybe it's his injury but on several plays he is downright bad.
Brock Hoffman is a back up in the league.Haaaa!!!! And this from who??? That John Owning is an IDIOT!!!
He never played on the O-line, much less at Center, so what does he know what is a good or bad block?
In all 5 plays shown above, Brock Hoffman actually blocked very well, especially considering the sudden cross stunt bullrushes the NT took against Brock, yet in a split second, Brock Hoffman was able to reset and gain a firm blocking of that NT every time, even when Brock tripped and was falling forward to his knees like in the 3rd play, followed by the 4th cross body bullrush stunt. What was good to see besides Brock Hoffman making such split second adjustments and staying in front of his defender was seeing Javonte Williams be patient in the backfield and make split second cuts to find the sudden changing but opening holes/lanes according to his Center's blocks. THAT is how you judge a lineman's blocking ability, not like how the inexperienced KNOW NOTHING like John Owning does!
Watch the games. How do you know Hoffman isn't better?
Regardless of his idiot status, the tape doesn't lie.Haaaa!!!! And this from who??? That John Owning is an IDIOT!!!
I'm with you.Yea I don't know where this Beebe is so great stuff comes from. We'll, actually I do. It's because he was seen as a draft steal and because guard is so hard to judge people just run with him being good. His pass blocking is actually 44th out of 49 centers.
Please, tell us where Hoffman missed his blocks?Regardless of his idiot status, the tape doesn't lie.
Did you watch the Commanders game? Please, tell us where Hoffman missed his blocks?
Absolutely. Did you?Did you watch the Commanders game?
you mean the depleted Commanders? was that in the stats? did the stats know they were depleted? Did that change the game plan?Absolutely. Did you?
Did you notice PFF gave Hoffman the highest grade out of our starting 5 linemen against the Commanders?
Commanders depleted? Their front 4 are one of the better front 4 in the NFL.you mean the depleted Commanders? was that in the stats? did the stats know they were depleted? Did that change the game plan?
I like Hoffman better, mean sob. When will Beebe be back? Hoffman is decent, but Beebe will be an upgrade. It would be nice to have him against Denver.
Cooper could eat him for a between meal snack and not even burpI like Hoffman better, mean sob.
Brock Hoffman became the starting center after Cooper Beebe suffered an ankle injury in the season opener against the Eagles. QB Dak Prescott and RB Javonte Williams have benefitted with Hoffman blocking for them. I believe the results below prove who should remain the starting Center going forward.Cooper could eat him for a between meal snack and not even burp

care to show that? the NFL isnt agreeing, nor are the stats.Commanders depleted? Their front 4 are one of the better front 4 in the NFL.
He was healthy the first game before injury. Did you see the results?imagine what they could have done with a healthy Cooper.....
The Washington Commanders' defensive line rankings have varied, with some sources placing them high, such as 4th in early September 2025 by PFF, and a 10th-place ranking in defensive line rankings for Week 6.care to show that? the NFL isnt agreeing, nor are the stats.
