First preseason game I've been able to watch start to finish. If Rush gets released over Moore, Linehan and Garrett need head examinations. Dude has the IT factor, and Moore has the **it factor.

I don't think he'd go without being claimed. Some team who is willing to keep 3 QBs would claim him.

None of our 3rd team QBs since Tanney even played well. Who did we say this about last year, or any time recently?

I'd rather just go with two QB's, Dak and Rush, release Moore and if something happens during the season to Dak, you can always resign Moore, I just don't see anyone picking him up if he's released.....Rush has outplayed him with scrubs...

I agree. Cooper is a keeper. Jerry likes him. Big mistake to keep Moore over Rush.

Rush needs to be the backup .. it's that simple. It's not hyperbolic at all nor is it a byproduct of how pathetic Moore has looked. Rush is exactly what you want if you don't have a proven solid veteran backup and that's a guy that has the potential to be a starter one day. I'm not talking about him supplanting Dak by any means, but if Dak is lost for several games or the season, you don't want a bandaid .. you want a guy who can come in, continue to get better and win games for you.

Moore has peaked .. he peaked in Detroit. Moore has already reached his potential. Whether Rush is a future starter for some team or a Matt (not Kellen) Moore backup type, he at least right now has potential to improve and help you win games, neither of which Moore has or provides.

It's a plain as day to see that Moore is just severely limited as a player.

Cooper Rush has some talent.

This is a no contest.


I can understand them not trusting Rush as their primary backup but they need to make a move for a veteran but they should not play Moore over Rush under any circumstance.
