I don't think women should think men are punching bags either. I have never hit a woman in my life however I have seen a woman go off on a man now if you would stand there and take it good for you myself I'll treat a lady as a lady but I'll be damned if I allow anyone to attack me and just stand there and take it.

In general I agree I would not hit a woman unless I was being attacked and yes I have seen an instance where a friend of mine and his girl friend at the time got into a big argument and she started hitting him, instead of hitting her back he started to walk away she then jumped him from behind and started clawing at his face, needless to say he turned around and floored her.

If a woman wants to act like a man then damn it take the consequences that go with it no person should be subjected to that and this notion that a woman can hide behind her gender is ridicules

The irony is now that all the new studies are coming out on abuse, many fem groups wish the studies had not occurred. Turns out that female spousal (or live-in) abuse toward men is almost equal now. It does not matter, in many states, the default is still to handcuff the man if a call is made and leave it to him to prove he was not the culprit, even if he has stab wounds or whatever. lol

I'm the camp that you should never hit a lady...of course unless you are defending someone elses health or life..or if they are trying to kill you. But things are not like they used to be folks, there are some aggressive, violent women out there.

I'm thankful every day I married a sane one.
