Tons of upside, immediately helps our return game, and we have his old Head Coach in College.

I'd make that trade in a heartbeat and convert him to a RB. He's 6'2 220 4.42 and has more 100 yard RUSHING games in the NFL than Joe Randle. As a WR, he is clueless. As a returner, he is a playmaker. Could be a keeper at RB too.
