McGee will be on the 53 man roster and inactive on game day all year unless Romo is injured. It's his redshirt year, forget about him.. he's a project.

Like I said before, I forgot about the injury, which made me question why we didn't use him against the 49ers. Now I know...probably will be on the 53. But then again with all that being said, he still made my final 53. I stand by my wish that we could release him, though. I realize it's somewhat of a waste, but sometimes situation dictates.

Dallas won't be looking anywhere for safety help on the waiver wire. Watkins, who seems to have nine lives with this team, is a free safety, not strong safety.

Per the Dallas Cowboys website (http://www.dallascowboys.com/team/team_depthChart.cfm) Watkins is a SS. Take it up with them. Lol.

If Dallas picks up a corner, it will be after week one, at this point, that's a big if..it all depends on Ball's concussion status.

Dallas picked up two cornerbacks: Jeremy Haynes and DeAngelo Willingham. Apologies and cash are accepted. I prefer the latter.

If Preston has any kind of a sound game friday, Proctor is gone, that's long overdue.

Agreed.

bringing back Keith Davis would be a waste of time, he's a one position player(special teams) and at his age, you're just slowing progress of younger players. Don't tell me he's a back up for safety, he's not!!

At no point did I talk about Keith Davis. Was this in response to something else???

I especially agree with this section:

CONCERNS

For all the emphasis placed on playing perfect, you would think we would see improvement in the penalty area. 3 preseason games down and the Cowboys are the most penalized team in the NFL. But it's not just the penalties that are bothering me, as much as, when they are happening. On the offense, their favorite time to a draw a penalty is to negate a 1st down or a score. The defense loves to commit penalties when the opposing offenses will have to punt or go for it on fourth down without the penalty that otherwise offers them a 1st down on a silver platter. The Cowboy's organization has also been telling us that they have focused on creating more turnover's via the secondary and thus far the Cowboy's only have 1. In defense of the defense, the Titan's and 49ers utilize ball control offenses, running the ball, working the flats and zone is predominantly how they move the ball limiting the number of opportunities to create turnovers via interception.
If you are going to be focused on execution at any time, you would think it would be in the situation's where they seem to be making the most mistakes. If they keep this up, I'll be bald by the end of the season!!!
