Could we at least get Zeke back?
They don't have a 6th.Give them a sixth. We can’t finish the season without a bruiser.
Did Jazzcat and Ronnie put you up to this?Give them a sixth. We can’t finish the season without a bruiser.
Cataracts?Zeke would help this offense. I don't care what anyone else says.

....Zeke has been a Fall Guy Winner on this board to many. Too much to ask on this board. Always need a Fall Guy (Gallup leading right now) competing with Dak for the honor though.Give them a sixth. We can’t finish the season without a bruiser.
now can we see the TPollard ypc stats now?For those who refuse to read.

Offensive line needs to be better...meh, I like our build up so far. Pollard/Dowdle/Turps connection can work.
Playcalling today, made the difference. MM had them running to sides, some middle.
See what had happen was....now can we see the TPollard ypc stats now?
Show em.now can we see the TPollard ypc stats now?
If Zeke is cooked it certainly looks like Pollard was in the oven right beside him. Despite playing behind a far inferior line Zeke has the same YPC average as TP and the same number of rushing TDs. In fact Pollard has not scored a rushing TD (or TD of any kind) since week one.Show em.
Doesn't change the fact Zeke is cooked.
The obsession with keeping/bringing back broken players is weird around here.
No idea what he's like right now, but I like the idea based on what he has done to us in the past.AARON JONES. Go after Aaron Jones.
Even his brother is wondering why GB isn't giving him touches

The fact of the matter is this team would be better if it had Zeke as the thumper. Pollard is showing that he absolutely not built to carry the RB1 load. Nothing against him, but if Zeke was putting up 60 yards a game on 3.9 ypc and no TDs in 6 weeks people would be jumping off buildings trying to get rid of him. Come to think it, some people are.
No joke.Show em.

So he has his own version of Thaddeus Prescott
I have no idea who's available any more that won't cost a fortune, but if we'd bring in just an average thumper who is a good pass blocker and put Polly back in his natural role, our O would take a step up. I doubt if Luepke has the skillset to succeed in that role, but it'd be worth a shot to try it maybe? If Zeke is cooked it certainly looks like Pollard was in the oven right beside him. He single handedly would alter its success in the red zone and in short yardage. And perhaps more importantly, he would beat up the defense so Pollard could return to what makes HIM special which is speed and quickness on the edges and in space. Even if it's not Zeke, this team needs that guy. And not having that guy is going to bite them in the arse sooner or later. At some point you have to be able to impose your will on the opponent. Right now the Cowboys can't do that.. Especially down in the red zone. Go watch Zeke's TD run against the Bills for reference. The blocking was terrible.. he was met at the three yard line by two guys and carried them both into the end zone. You're saying the Cowboys could not have used that about a dozen times already this season? I will respectfully disagree.Great. Pollard is cooked.
Bringing Zeke back makes no sense. I get that you are still holding out hope as you were one of his biggest fanboys around here but there's no reason to bring Elliott back. He's not changing anything on this offense (as the run game is more scheme and OL issues than who is the TB).
