So what was it they did that was classed as illegal? I am not au fait with niche American laws.

They were driving a stolen car and fairly certain that is not a niche law in the USA or other countries Also as some have already mentioned, having an open container is a huge issue and if the two were intoxicated then a DUI again is not a niche law in the USA or other countries.

What's funny to me is the tweet listed the rattlesnake first ..

That would be the first, second and third thing I'd list. It was a snake, it was venomous and it was giving me that steely eyed glare straight from hell. Who ever these freaks are, keep them away from our vulnerable and easily swayed members.
