Cousins is a poor mans Romo.
Only comparison I see is that Cousins is now playing with an OL much like Romo did for most of his careerRemind me of each other. Athletic and evasive. Quick release. Good arm talent. Quick thinker and fast reaction time. Willing to make risky throws. Questionable decision making at times, and unproven at closing big games and in key moments.
BTW - not criticizing Romo. Didn't say Cousins was as good as Tony, but they remind me of each other.
Meh
Not really seeing it. Romo was MUCH MORE active at the line, making adjustments, and he seemed to do a much better job of "throwing his receivers open" than Cousins does.
If Cousins was truly like Romo, he wouldn't be franchised...he'd be signed to a long term deal.
..............and he wears his cap right.Kirk doesn't have the Moxie yet.
...........

And guys who will never see a Super Bowl.Remind me of each other. Athletic and evasive. Quick release. Good arm talent. Quick thinker and fast reaction time. Willing to make risky throws. Questionable decision making at times, and unproven at closing big games and in key moments.

I dont think Romo was a quick thinker. He has a hectiness, which is mistaken by qucik thinking. He often was overwhelmed but couldnt admit it to himself.
If he would been able to he would have been a much better player for us. But he tried to take much more responsibility then his talent could handle.
You should be banned for saying that hahaRemind me of each other. Athletic and evasive. Quick release. Good arm talent. Quick thinker and fast reaction time. Willing to make risky throws. Questionable decision making at times, and unproven at closing big games and in key moments.

So another disciple of QBs are the only players on the field...I dont think Romo was a quick thinker. He has a hectiness, which is mistaken by qucik thinking. He often was overwhelmed but couldnt admit it to himself.

Your great QB is supposed to will his team to victory. So another disciple of QBs are the only players on the field...
are you REALLY that dense?Your great QB is supposed to will his team to victory.
haha, frustration at it's finest.are you REALLY that dense?
Brady has 5 rings. Which is great but he was on the losing end of 2 SBs and has taken 17 years to win those 5. Obviously to your standards he is barely above average.Sort of like Brady does every year. You think he's playing with HOF receivers?
