You really think GB would give up two decent picks to move up that little? They drafted James Jones in the 3rd round and T. J. Lang and Josh Sitton in the 4th. Seems like they draft well with those sorts of picks so maybe that'd be too rich for them to give up.

I wouldn't expect such a thing, but sometimes people can get irrational.

To answer your question bluntly: No. I don't think they'd really do something like that.
But... you never know. Given the right player at the right time with the right team wanting him...
Anything can happen on draft day.
