I was just poking at you X ;-)
Also, I like the photo of the Dogs. It probably took some effort to get the photo.

We have 4 large dogs that rule the household. Getting them to "pose" for a photo is a challenge.

One more thought. Did you ever see the old movie time machine?

These underground creatures had trained the humans to blindly line up in single file and march into the underground doorway when a siren was turned on. Once they had enough humans they would turn off the siren and shut the door. It turns out the humans were food for the underground creatures.

A huge downgrade at the left guard position and an unknown at right tackle.
You are right! Free was very good in the run game but pretty bad in pass defense. The same could be said for Leary as well. What I see in the new line up is better pass protection but not as good in the run blocking. However, from what I have been reading the offense will be doing more passing this year with Zeke doing more in the passing game. Could be better in balancing the offense and maybe efficiency. Time will tell.

What people forget is that they project Smith, Martin and Fred beard as static entities. These are young and improving players. The average offensive tackle peaks at their age 28 season. Smith, Martin and Fred beard are 26.

It is for this reason I suspect our line will continue to improve. These three guys have made lineman money from Parnell to Leary. They'll make Collins and Cooper money as well if they stay healthy as one of them will play between two All-Pros and the other one beside one. Of every position group I am not the least bit worried about our offensive line. \

Yeah, I'm no fan of Free but he wasn't as bad as some people make him out to be. On top of that he was the leader in the locker room of the OLine

Free allowed the third most pressures and sacks of ANY TACKLE IN THE NFL IN 2016.

So what part of horrid do you not understand?

I'm all for Collins being better than Free at right tackle, but right now that's purely an assumption. Free wasn't our starting right tackle because he was Jason's nephew or something, he started because he was the best man we had for the job for a variety of reasons warts and all.
Free was the Cowboys starting OT because the Cowboys made no effort to replace him until they drafted Green. Yes thinking Collins would be better than Free is an assumption. But given the stats on Free last year as one of the worst starting OT's in the league, it's not a big reach that Collins would at least be equal to Free.

I'm thankful for what Free did get done while a Cowboy. He initially filled a huge void in the offensive line, when he was tagged with starting...
