Cowboys 1st Depth Chart - Todd Archer

I haven’t heard much about Fowler in the training camps. Based on his history, would it be unreasonable to assume he should have beaten Armstrong in the depth chart?

Armstrong actually outproduced him last year. Outside of one good year with the Rams, Fowler has been mediocre at best
