He's clear in my book. While in theory you can possibly cheat the test, its nearly fool proof. I've had to do them for security clearances. They are no joke. If I'm a GM and I can confirm these test results, I feel pretty confident selecting the player. This is of course assuming the administrator asked all the appropriate questions which I'm sure he/she did.

Only thing is....have you ever watched our legal system in action? Or seen the rulings the COmmissioner makes regarding off the field issues? If Dallas takes him, I could see him getting suspended for 4-6 weeks even if no charges get filed.
