Cowboys(4-3) @ Commanders(2-5) FedEx Field 1:00pm Game Predictions

I think it's going to be pretty close 21-13 Dallas, skins drive the ball down field in the final qtr but fail to score

I hope im wrong, but i think we are walking into a lion's den. Final Foreskins 20 the boys 17.

Well, the skins injury report came out. This is the healthiest we have been all year. So we have no excuses not to play well.

There are eight people on the list, 7 of them are listed as probable(Portis, Brunell, Lemar Marshal, Cornelius Griffin, Patten, Randle El, Randle El and Samuels) and one person is listed as questionable(Santana Moss)

Im not confident that Moss will play. Hamstring injuries can really hurt recievers. Even if he does play, I dont think he will be effective.

But for skins fans, lets hope he gets out there.

This could be the Skins' season, big home crowd, bye last week....
A close, gritty tough game. The Cowboys running game could be the only difference between losing and winning.

I live in Commander country and to the people in and around dc this there superbowl week. They hate Dallas with a passion it's been all over radio and tv. I was at the game last year and left after it hit 35-0 early in the 3rd qtr. Dallas cam out flat, Bledsoe couldn't move, and they didn't seem to want to play in the cold weather. This year it's 1o'clock kickoff ,the weather is calling for sunny and mid 50's, and we have a mobile QB at the helm. IE:Carolina all over again.

Dallas:27
Washington:14

A healthy dose of JJ AND MB3 will keep the 'Skins at bay. If we run the ball well and control the TOP, we win this one easy.

We're going to take a hellaciuos beating.

Whats your prediction?

btw your name reminds me of the movie Monster's Inc:D

If we can survive the first half I think we win. I look for this game to be similar to the philly game,, only getting the TD at the end instead of the pick.. tight game, 21-17 Boys.

It's going to be a tough game to win. Commanders will throw everything a Rome. Dallas better come out ready to play. The past three games, they were not ready to play in the first half. This can't happen again, we must take a lead and play aggresive till the end and finish off the skins for the season. Also, Dallas must stop killing themselves with mistakes (i.e dumb penalties and stupid turnovers.)

64-0 Boys

Tony Romo passes for and catches 8 touchdowns (Romo's signature rainbow release allows him time to run under the ball). He QB sneaks for 8 two-point conversions.

The shutout is Romo's doing also as he yells "boo" from the sidelines the 9 times Brunell gets to touch the ball and Brunell fumbles.

A great victory for the boys, but sadly Coach P gets a little too emotional with the win and breaks his wrist whacking Romo's backside after the 5th TD.

This victory, so lopsided and such a work of art, causes Tagliabue to declare Dallas this year's Super Bowl victors on the spot. Remaining games on the NFL schedule will be played out simply to decide draft positions for '07.

Drew Bledsoe when asked to go in for the final 33 seconds to take a knee refuses to do so and says; "I hate the Dallas Cowboys, puppies and think the military in Iraq are all dumb".

I think he is being somewhat of a cad here, if I spelled it correctly. He always tries to keep expectations down. His tongue is often firmly planted in his cheek, though. I will let him speak for himself on this if he likes.

He is a Cowboys fan, no doubt.

If we take a hellacious beating and Romo plays badly, then we are right back where we were pre-Panthers: a average 4-4 team with little to hope for. I just don't see us losing unless we beat ourselves.

Can we lose? YES. Seen enough games to know anything came happen.
Will we lose? NO. Seen enough teams to know when ones done!
Moss at 100% might give me a moment of pause, but that's not the case. Anyone concerned with this game should go back to that NY Times article and read Parcells take on that week two matchup with them.
I think thay could use Bledsoe at QB. Enough said.

38-10 No drama here. This one gets ugly quick. Romo 20/30/270/3/0.

Anyone notice we've yet to win a nail biter.

You guys might as well pre-order the Champagne.

:D

BTW, 31-20 Skins.

What was "fluke" about that interception? Romo threw an ill advised pass under duress and the opossing team caught it. Nothing fluke about it.

Selective memory.

They had several key passes that were dropped. One was a huge pass to Key who had beaten Henry and should have been a TD. Not to even mention their micues on special teams. In short, they had as much to do with us beating them as we did.

Im not saying we played a bad game, but dominating? Not even.

I meant fluke in the way that he intercepted it with all those tips.
And we did dominate the game in time of possesion, total net yards, and first downs. Not to mention the turnovers we were +2 on Sunday Night. We had more than double net yards than they did, and nearly 17 more minutes in TOP.

T.O.P
DAL-38:16
CAR-21:44

Yards
DAL-414
CAR-204

We outrushed them, outpassed them, forced more turnovers, had more sacks, had double the net yards they did. If thats not domination, then i dont know what is.

You know those times you have a really good feeling about something? Those times when you know you are "on" or are going to be successful / pleased:

**You are stranded on a deserted island as the only man w/ 25 other women.....
**You were given a copy of the mid-term a week ahead of time - when the test hits your desk they match exactly.....
**Your customer tells you that your company was the only one they want to deal with and if anyone else quotes them - they'll give you the last look.
**You develop psychic abilities in the lottery line
**During sex w/ your spouse you finally discover that mythical spot on a woman is for reals.
**While digging a grave for your expired pet rat - you strike TX T (Black Gold).
**You come up w/ some dumb *** video hosting site on a whim and then get a call a couple of years later from Google.

The game this weekend at Fed Ex....I don't have one of the feelings above.

No injuries fellows - hope to split w/ you guys....but it ain't looking good.

If Moss plays;

Cowboys 27
'Skins 21

If Moss is out:

Cowboys 27
'Skins 13

With Springs and Carlos Rogers back, I expect the Commanders to throw the house at Romo - they've shied away from blitzing this season, because of so many injuries in the secondary, which is why this defense hasn't been successful. The front four haven’t been able to get pressure on the QB. Gregg Williams is all about getting pressure on the QB through blitzing, it's what has made his defense work, in the past.

Though, Dallas has a mediocre offensive line at best, Tony Romo is athletic and he can scramble to get out of trouble, unlike Bledsoe - all of you Romoholics have to be looking forward to him going up against that dreadful secondary (sorry had to throw that in there :) )

I see the Commanders coming out on Sunday looking one of two ways:

Extremely good - like last years home game against Dallas, where everything seemed to go there way. Did they fix some things during the bye week?

Absolutely dreadful - like they looked against the Giants earlier in the year, when they looked completely hapless, and they never had a chance.

Until the Commanders actually come out and show me something, some sort of identity on offense or some kind of life on defense, I have to give the advantage to Dallas, in this one, there's just to many question marks.

27-14 Dallas

This game gives you guys the opportunity to become a major factor in the NFC, not because of who you are playing, but because it would put you at 5-3, and get you over the hump.
