Wow, seems extremely possible. I like those stats. I do believe if Romo completes 17 he will have more than 205 yds. Probably around 225-250 yds.

I hope youre right but our team hasnt been a picture of consistency this season. One good game has led to one putrid game.

We still did enough bad things against Carolina to lose that game. Fortunatley they had their share of mistakes as well.

Aside from the fluke interception Romo threw, and some penalties that called back good plays, we had a rather dominating perfomance against Carolina.

We only had 1 turnover. Bill is having fun now, the team is having fun now, TO is happy, and a happy TO can be dangerous!!!

This team gained alot of momentum after sundays win, they should be able to pull it out on sunday...

What was "fluke" about that interception? Romo threw an ill advised pass under duress and the opossing team caught it. Nothing fluke about it.

Selective memory.

They had several key passes that were dropped. One was a huge pass to Key who had beaten Henry and should have been a TD. Not to even mention their micues on special teams. In short, they had as much to do with us beating them as we did.

Im not saying we played a bad game, but dominating? Not even.

Parcells, in typical Alpha male fashion, will give Romo a conservative game plan. But not a bad one. JJ and Barber pounding the middle with Witten getting the 15-yarders.
Romo won't be passing long until the 2nd half. But then he will be warmed up and will catch on fire.

Washington loses and here's why..........
1) Washington is struggling to get any pass rush, they are last in the league in sacks(10) They sacked Bledsoe once in our 1st meeting, and with Romo back there, he shouldnt get much pressure at all, allowing him to pick apart a Commanders putrid secondary.
2) Turnovers, Washington only has 2 interceptions on the season, one of which is by a defensive lineman. The other by Kenny Wright.
3) Washington has the 26th ranked defense in the league. Their pass defense is 29th allowing an astounding 239.4 ypg. Their rush defense is ranked 15th in the league allowing 106.3 ypg. This is up against a Cowboys offense ranked 4th in the league.
4) Momentum.......Huge win vs. Carolina on Sunday Night, and a win like that will give your team tons of momentum. Washington on the other hand is 2-5, having lost 3 straight headed into their bye.
5) Most importantly.....injuries. The Commanders have alot of their star players injured. Here is a look at their report as of 11-01-06​

Mr. Morgan, you make a good point about their mistakes, although the Key drop was not going to be a TD...Set them up close, yeah...

I think this will be a tough game unless Romo is on fire.
The great thing about it is that with a win, we go 5-3 and are back in the thick of things and they'd drop to 2-6 and it'd be a death sentence. 2-6 = done/season over.

Close game 20-17 Boys. This game means much, much more for the Skins. If they lose whatever small playoff hopes they have vanish. If there is one game on their scheldule that they want to win is this one. A loss by them now means their whole team falls apart (even more). I think it is a very dangerous game. Romo had a great game last week but I don't like the overconfidence I see, I wouldn't be totally surprised if this comes down to the last play of the game.
