There is no question the Cowboys have completely changed their philosophy about DT's.

I don't know much about Hoskins but I suspect they wanted to get Rogers on the practice squad and Hoskins is the replacement for Rogers. I like his size but I have no idea if he can play. I know think 4 DTs will not be enough because Joseph and Phillips both have injury history of late.
