Would have made more sense to me to hire a kicking specialist since it appears right now at least that we're going to go with a young kicker. A former kicker who understands what it takes to succeed might have been good to have for Naggar or whoever ends up being the kicker.

I remember when we had Steve Hoffman and he helped us find kickers like Ken Willis, Lin Elliott, Chris Boniol, Richie Cunningham, Tim Seder, and Billy Cundiff and punters John Jett, Toby Gowin and Mat McBriar.

Can he kick extra points? I have serious doubts about a guy that has no kicking experience trying to teach a kicker how to kick....and correcting something when a kicker gets out of whack.
